The Parish Magazines for April and May are now up in this site under Mulimedia.
Christian Aid week runs from May 13-19th. Normally we do a door-to-door collection but some churches in the area have stopped doing this meaning that many areas in the town are not covered. If you would like to help please talk to Tim.
During Christian Aid week there will be envelopes at the church for anyone who would like to donate to this charity, or take some away for family and friends to fill.
This event will be run by the Diocese in St Augustine’s Community Hall and is open to all who currently lead intercessions, those who would like to lead intercessions and those who are interested in learning more.
Please contact Maggie if you are interested in attending so that we know the numbers for catering purposes.
The Spring Music Festival will take place from April 20-22.
On Friday April 20th, there will be a ceilidh in St Patrick’s church hall.
On Saturday April 21st, there will be a folk evening in St Augustine’s church.
The event ends with a “Spring Prom Praise” on Sunday April 22nd in St Augustine’s church.
All are welcome at each of these events.
Alleluia!
